I'm a super fan of this company and their products. I placed two orders back-to-back cuz of different debit cards, anywho, when I got my orders all items were marked expired as of 3 weeks prior. I contacted customer service for a different matter that's 100% fine, but figured I should let them know to check their packaging, and say that everything seemed fine but it was very alarming and it was brushed aside as 'confusion'. She 'assured' me that they were not expired (if its on the package, how would she know?), and I felt like she wasn't taking my feelings seriously. The response I got just looked and read like a well-written eloquent AI response. Before today I've never been disappointed in , well, almost anything from GHH, even then I felt like I was being treated with great care. I'll update if new info to share. P.S. Fiestaz is my absolute fave flower from golden hour. Much love ❤️
