We are proud to be a part of the Raw Hemp Pilot Program with UPS. Part of being in this program requires Golden Hour Hemp to be totally transparent in providing all required documentation within the package and requires an adult to be present upon receiving the package, therefore cannot be rerouted to an access point. UPS has been amazing to work with and has been fully supportive and excited to be a part of the contribution to this amazing industry.

We will not be responsible for missing packages that are routed to access points.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders ship on business days only, which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
  • Delivery estimates do not include a processing time of 24-72 hours when the order is placed M-F, excluding holidays.
  • Give us 2-3 days to ship out orders as we custom make every order and hold as little as inventory as possible to give our customers the best quality product

  • Shipping promotions are only valid for orders made during the promotion eligibility period
  • Delta-8, THCA, HHC, THCP products will only be sold in states where the sale is legally allowed.

WARM WEATHER

Golden Hour Farms LLC is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. Most products are fine and will not melt in transit. However, some types of product such as Gummies, and Moonrocks can melt in the warm weather. We can’t guarantee our heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect shape – but we will do our best to insure they do by using thermal mailers and icepacks. Here is how you can help: Be present for delivery and have someone available to accept the package so it doesn’t sit outside in the heat. If the box feels warm, open it immediately to expose the product to the cooler air. Also, give the product a chance to firm up again before handling further. Please keep in mind, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a melted product due to warm weather. If you are concerned about the possibilities of receiving a heat-sensitive product, and it being melted, we encourage you to order a different product.
